Don't have a smartphone?


Some of our tasks can only be completed via the Credas smartphone app, this is due to requirements from the UK Government on certain legislative checks such as an Safe Harbour standard check. The Law Firm who issued you your check will have decided which task they wanted you to complete.


If you have been assigned a task that can be completed on the web, such as Source of Funds, please use the link here to login or register - https://myconnect.credas.com/register


If you do not have a smartphone, but you are required to complete your tasks via the app, if possible we recommend using a close friend or family member's smart phone. No data or information is stored on the Credas app or on the phone itself, so as soon as you have finished your task, you can delete the app with no worries that your private information is on someone else's phone. If you are not able to use someone's smartphone, we recommend reaching out to the Law Firm who issued you your tasks, and they will be able to verify your identity another way.
