Microsoft Authenticator Example

If you are setting up your account via the authenticatior app, you will have to download an authenticator app on your phone such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. This example shows you how to use the Microsoft Authenticator app.

1. Firstly you will need to download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the Apple App Store.

2. After this, you can either scan the QR code (example seen in image 1 below, or you copy a code         to put into the Microsoft Authenticator app (image 2).

3. You can scan the QR code or enter the code by clicking the below button within the Microsoft Authenticator App.

4. The below screen will then appear when you can either scan the QR code or click 'Enter code manually'.

5. If you choose to enter the code you have copied, enter the code as the 'secret key' below. You can name it whatever you prefer, we recommend naming it 'Credas'.

6. Once you have scanned the QR code or entered the code, your code will then appear for you.

7. Enter the code into the credas app or web-app to finish registering your account.
